Extended Housing Program (EHP)

We have 7 EHP units that are designed for individuals and families leaving an abusive situation without current safety concerns.  They are located next to the downtown Lewiston office and are similar to a studio apartment with a kitchenette that has a full-sized fridge, microwave, and skillet. Each unit has a bathroom, trundle bed, kitchen table, and wardrobe complete with furnishings.  Laundry is available on site.

-Visitors are permitted between the hours of 9am-9pm

Sue Wheel Safe Shelter

The Sue Wheel Safe Shelter is for individuals or families that are escaping an abusive situation and may be in immediate danger.  The shelter has a shared kitchen, play area, living room, laundry room, and bathroom along with individual bedrooms that sleep 1-4 people.  You will not share a bedroom with anyone other than a family member.

-Because of safety and confidentiality issues, no guests or visitors are allowed to visit the safe shelter.
