Janet L. Gallimore
Executive Director
Idaho State Historical Society
Janet L. Gallimore is Executive Director of the Idaho State Historical Society, leading a statewide agency dedicated to preserving and sharing Idaho’s history. With more than 35 years of experience in cultural resource management, she is committed to making Idaho’s history accessible, meaningful and inclusive.
Since joining the State of Idaho in 2007, Gallimore has led major initiatives including the restoration of the Idaho State Capitol, the 2020 centennial of women’s suffrage and the $20 million transformation of the Idaho State Museum. Previously, she spent 23 years as Director of Cultural Resources for the Lake County Forest Preserves in Illinois and served as a consultant to the Confluence Project in Washington, including its Clarkston site, working with internationally renowned artist Maya Lin.
Her honors include the AASLH Award of Distinction, an honor received by only seven women since its inception in 1963. as well as the Idaho Humanities Council’s Outstanding Achievement in the Humanities Award, the Idaho Business Review’s CEO of Influence award and Idaho Woman of the Year honors. She currently serves on the America250 in Idaho Advisory Council. Through her work, Gallimore has helped elevate the people and perspectives that shape Idaho’s history, including the many women whose contributions have shaped the state’s past and future.

Jeane Hickman-Church
Community Advocate
Jeane Hickman-Church is the mother of Beth Irby, a beloved daughter and devoted mother of two whose life was tragically taken by domestic violence in Lewiston in 2011. Beth’s death profoundly affected her family and community and remains a powerful reminder of the devastating consequences of domestic violence. Jeane is a survivor and longtime supporter of the YWCA and its work providing safety, support, and advocacy for survivors of domestic violence. She shares the YWCA’s commitment to supporting women and families affected by domestic violence and working toward a future where fewer families experience its devastating consequences. Jeane joins us to honor Beth and bring greater awareness to this important work.

Margaret Mitchell
YWCA USA, CEO
Margaret Mitchell is a lawyer, nonprofit leader, and Chief Executive Officer of YWCA USA, one of the nation’s most influential organizations dedicated to empowering women and strengthening communities. Since 2022, she has led a network of nearly 200 local associations serving over 1 million women, girls, and families each year.
Mitchell focuses on strengthening leadership pipelines, expanding economic opportunities, and ensuring that women across the country have access to safe shelter, supportive services, and the tools to thrive.
Previously, as President & CEO of YWCA Greater Cleveland, she expanded programs, housing, and shelter services, creating new pathways for women to achieve stability and success. A graduate of Hampton University with executive training from Harvard Business School, she is recognized nationwide for her visionary leadership and dedication to advancing opportunities for women.

Mollie Mustoe, is a Certified Prevention Specialist and Health Promotion & Prevention Services Manager with the Washington State Health Care Authority. Mollie first connected with the YWCA of Lewiston-Clarkston through support services that were life-changing for her. In 2019, she joined the Board of Directors, where she has served as Secretary, Vice President, and now President. A courageous survivor of domestic violence and sexual assault, she is passionate about the YWCA’s mission and uses her voice as a survivor to advocate for others and advance the work of the YWCA
