Healing from sexual assault can seem like a daunting and isolating process.
It can be hard to find support or even know where to begin.
Our Sexual Assault Support Group helps survivors find direction and develop their own personalized path toward wholeness. This 12 week group uses practices such as art, journaling, yoga and mindfulness. Members are pre-screened before the group begins and new members can not be added after the first session starts. New interested members can be added to the list for the next session. The groups are intentionally kept small to allow for trust building so space is limited.
