Community Engagement Manager

POSITION SUMMARY 
The Community Engagement Manager sustains and builds donor and sponsor engagement with the YWCA Lewiston-Clarkston and builds support by being active throughout the community. This self-directed and enthusiastic leader is responsible for executing a comprehensive and diversified fundraising program to achieve fundraising goals. Fundraising efforts will focus on generating $100,000 in annual/major gifts. The position requires working closely with the Executive Director and the Board of Directors to develop and implement an assertive strategy to identify and secure corporate and key donor funding partnerships. The Community Engagement Manager is responsible for overseeing key fund development activities that will attract, retain and motivate donors. This is a new position within the YWCA Lewiston-Clarkston and has the potential for growth and expansion, including additional hours and supervisory duties.
